Farewell Symposium for Prof. Dr. Eckhard Friauf
Kaiserslautern, Thursday 19th September to Friday 20th September 2024
Our esteemed colleague Prof. Eckhard Friauf (Animal Physiology, University of Kaiserslautern-Landau), will go into his well-deserved retirement. Of course, we do not want to let him go without a "Farewell Symposium" on Thursday, September 19 and Friday, September 20, to which I would like to cordially invite you.
The event will begin on Thursday at noon with a get-together and at 2 pm with a scientific program. On Thursday evening there will be a dinner at the restaurant "Brauhaus an der Gartenschau" and we plan to continue the scientific program on Friday from 9 am to 1 pm.
In addition to a casual get-together with Eck’s companions, collaboration partners, former colleagues and friends, we have planned a scientific program of the highest caliber, to which we would like to invite you for a talk. Thus, we would be very grateful for a positive response by Tuesday, 31st of October 2023 (by email please to Christa Jung, cjung@rptu.de).
We are all looking forward to welcoming you in Kaiserslautern next year.
